An elevated welcome before takeoff. Bespoke LASVIT lighting meets high-gloss American walnut veneer and metal detailing. Faro manufactured the custom furniture and wall panels, produced the freestanding furniture, and sourced and supplied the finishing materials across 2,500 square meters. Craftsmanship in every detail.

Every detail crafted in-house for a cohesive business center luxe. All furniture in this space is made by Faro — soft seating, freestanding pieces, and a welcoming reception desk. Lighting, designed by our team, was produced at one of our own facilities to ensure perfect integration from concept to completion.
We coordinate the project with one team. You communicate only with your dedicated project manager, who owns the schedule, the budget and the quality of every node.
The alliance brings together architects, designers, MEP engineers, 3D visualizers, art directors, masters in metal, glass and textiles, production technologists and logistics specialists. Everyone works to shared standards and a single schedule.
We verify material junctions on the digital model before purchasing and cutting. Our own production facilities let us manufacture bespoke metalwork and joinery with precise tolerances.
We control the geometry and strength of structural nodes at every stage. No space is handed over for finishing until the technical supervision team signs off on instrument-verified substrate reports.
We inspect reinforcement, hydraulics and concealed electrical work with detailed snag lists. Any deviation from the project is rebuilt at our own cost before pouring or closing up.
After commissioning, we hand the operating team as-built drawings and equipment passports. We carry out scheduled service inspections 6 and 12 months after opening.
